How payment works
Once your technician confirms your issue is fully resolved and you agree the work is complete, our staff will collect payment over the phone using your preferred method above. Payment details are entered directly into our secure payment partner's system — we do not store your full card or bank account information.
Georgia residents are charged applicable state sales tax on taxable services; customers located outside Georgia are not charged sales tax. Tech Support charges are final and non-refundable once service is delivered; Marketing, Digital, and Technology services follow standard deposit and retainer terms — see our refund policy for the full breakdown by service.
