Refund Policy
Our refund terms vary by service line. Find your service below.
Tech Center One offers four service lines — Tech Support, Marketing, Digital, and Technology — each with a different delivery and billing model. Refund terms are set out separately below for each. This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.
Tech Support — 100% Non-Refundable
All Tech Support services are performed and fully completed before any payment is collected. Our technicians resolve your issue first; you confirm the work is complete over the phone; only then is payment processed via e-check, ACH, or credit card. Because no Tech Support payment is ever collected in advance, and every service is delivered in full prior to billing, all Tech Support charges are final and non-refundable.
By verbally authorizing payment at the conclusion of a service call, you confirm that the service was completed to your satisfaction. This authorization, along with the service description and amount, is recorded internally at the time payment is confirmed. If you believe a service was not performed as described, contact us at support@techcenter.one within 48 hours of service completion so we can review the matter.
Marketing Services
Covers Web Design & Development, Branding & Graphic Design, SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media Marketing & Optimization, Digital Marketing Strategy, and Content Marketing.
- Project deposits are non-refundable once work has begun, as they cover strategy, design, and production time already invested.
- Undelivered milestones are refundable. If a fixed-price project is canceled before a milestone is delivered, any amount paid for that specific undelivered milestone is refunded; amounts covering completed and delivered work are not.
- Monthly retainers (ongoing SEO, PPC, SMM, content, etc.) are billed in advance for the upcoming period. You may cancel at any time with written notice; the current billing period is non-refundable since that period's work is already scheduled or in progress, but no further periods will be billed after cancellation.
- Third-party ad spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) is billed directly by the ad platform and is subject to that platform's own refund policies — it is not refundable by Tech Center One.
Digital Services
Covers Website Hosting Support, Business Phone & VoIP, and Network Connectivity support.
- One-time troubleshooting or setup calls follow the same pay-after-delivery model as Tech Support: once you confirm the issue is resolved and authorize payment, the charge is final and non-refundable.
- Ongoing managed support plans are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time with written notice; the current billing period is non-refundable, and no further periods are billed after cancellation.
Technology Services
Covers Domain Services, Hosting Services, and Dedicated Servers.
- Domain registrations, transfers, and renewals are non-refundable once submitted to the registry, consistent with standard domain industry practice.
- Hosting and dedicated server fees are non-refundable once the hosting plan or server has been provisioned, as these are largely pass-through infrastructure costs.
- Setup and configuration labor follows the pay-after-delivery model: once you confirm setup is complete and authorize payment, that charge is final.
- Ongoing managed hosting/server plans are billed monthly in advance and may be canceled at any time with written notice; the current billing period is non-refundable.
